Thank you for supporting Sanxhu. Because all artwork, custom commissions, and limited-edition are uniquely handmade or produced in small batches, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size/option selection. Please double-check all product specifications and guidelines before completing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue:

  • Timeframe: Please reach out within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requirements: Include your Order Number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or suitable solution as quickly as possible.
